Ten years ago Ahmed was unhealthy. He used to eat only macaroni, bread and sweets and he never ate vegetables or fruits. He only slept for a few hours

One day, Ahmed got ill. His parents were very worried about his health, so they called a doctor. The doctor told him to have a healthy diet, get enough sleep and do exercises . it took Ahmed a month to be healthy again and get back to his normal health . Now Ahmed is fit and enjoys a good health.
